At Splash we know how important fundraising can be to your organization. With this in mind, we have developed a fundraising program to assist organizations in the community and to enable all involved to get the most out of their fundraising efforts.

To date Splash has raised over a million dollars for local area charities and organizations.

SPLASH GIFT CARD SALE
  Your members and volunteers can sell Splash pre-paid gift cards to be used at any one of our 17 locations, and can be used for car washes, detail services, or store item purchases. Your organization receives a generous donation that increases with the number of cards sold.

  You will need organization and motivation to make this type of fundraiser work. You will need a system to supervise your members to ensure they keep selling cards. This type of selling is much like selling Girl Scout Cookies, as it is sold both to family & friends and done “door to door”. In towns where there is a Splash Car Wash, we think you will find a lot of people will be interested in buying a gift card.

THE SUNDAY EVENT CAR WASH
   Schedule a Sunday with Splash Car Wash to have a fund-raising event at any of our 18 locations. Splash Car Wash will donate a pre-determined amount of money for each car washed that day. We’ll help you out by providing up road signs & printing flyers that your volunteers can distribute.

  It doesn't stop there. Make this a big event by inviting other local merchants to take part - they can give out free samples of their products to our customers while supporting your cause.

  Use Splash as a venue for your organization to host a bake sale or raffle on the site. This is a great way to generate even more cash. The Sunday Fundraisers are limited to certain times during the year and are best held for larger groups or organizations.

SILENT AUCTION & RAFFLE DONATIONS
By far one of the most popular ways to raise funds is through a raffle or auction & Splash Car Wash is ready to help! We can donate auto detailing services and car wash packages that can be redeemed at any one of our 18 locations. Just provide us with event specifics and we will try to come up with a great package.

  Every year Splash Car Wash donates Gift Certificate packages to hundreds of organizations that go on to hold successful auctions and raffles. With Splash’s popularity in the area these items often fetch great bids and increase the excitement of the raffle experience.

HOW TO PROMOTE
When Fund-raising with Splash Car Wash your task is to get the supporters of your organization to take part, to wash their cars at your event, or to buy as many gift cards as possible. This can be easy so lets talk about how to do it.

• Make sure to hand out & post the flyers that we can design and print for you for free.

• Contact the local paper for community events, you-may-be mentioned in a story or even get your picture in the paper. Splash can help you write the press release about the event! Let us know if you need help.

• Local radio and TV stations may also have an interest to know that your group is looking for help. One call can make a big difference.

• Call your members and have them alert friends and supporters.

• Use your webpage to promote the event. Use a My Space or Facebook page to keep the message out there.

• Have your team e-mail everyone on thier address lists about the event

  Plan ahead the more time you have to get people to come or to buy the bigger and better your event can be. Again, the more cars we wash that Sunday or the more cards you sell, the more money you make.
