The most notable difference between a Hand Wash and the traditional automated wash, is the absence of car washing equipment in the tunnel. Customers are asked to exit their vehicle at the vacuum station and enter our viewing gallery and gift store. Here, they are able to shop in our store, view the wash process, and pay for their service.

Once in the tunnel your car will proceed on conveyor, where it is washed individually by four attendants using Lammswool mitts. There are no friction machines to assist in washing your vehicle.

All hand wash locations offer full service. In a full service operation, your car will receive an interior vacuum, a thorough cleaning of the car’s interior and exterior windows, doorjambs are wiped down and the dash and center console are dusted. The entire process takes 15 minutes or less.
